Mini-sites are an excellent way to get a professional looking site styled with your practice branding and colours.
They may be mini-sites compared to our full website package but they still have lots of great resources and features.
They are ideal for any practice on a tight budget for their website needs.

Practice Branded Site
The mini sites differ from our full bespoke website package in that there is a choice of pre-built template designs which we then brand with your own logo and colours to give a look and feel of your practice.
Choice of Template Designs
There is a choice of template designs for you to choose from as the base for your site which we will then brand in your own practice style as well as creating your own graphic banner.
Website Content Changes
We start with the content in the Mini Demo Site (coming soon!). These are then the kind of things you can have done to create an even more bespoke feel...
- Dropdown navigation system - if you want the menu system organised differently such as with different names or order of items we can do that for you.
- Content changes - we'll add, change or delete content - we just ask that large amounts of text are supplied on disc or by email. The only sections that often can't be changed are the resources provided on the site which are provided from a central database such as helpsheets, tax rates, etc that we keep updated for you. You can however usually delete any pages of the site you don't want. All pages are pre-filled with standard text that you can use or change as you want.
- Extra pages - want to add extra pages specific to your practice, any reasonable amount (say an extra 5 pages) is no problem. If you have a lot more, please contact us for a quote. Just give us the content and we'll build the pages and link them in. You can then continue to add further pages on a regular basis as you need them.
- Images - if you wish to add any more of your own images or flash files just send them to us.
- Links - want extra links to other sites - we'll add them.
And you can have any of this amended at any time in the future, at no extra cost. Get your site up and running now and then gradually change what you want as you have more time to consider it.
Only when you've approved your site does it go live and replace any existing site you have.
Maintained and Updated
The technical content, especially tax related items need updating from time to time.
The great news is that we do it all, you can just carry on without having to spend a minute on your site.
Anytime you need a change doing to your website, just send us an email with your request and within reason it normally gets done the same day.

It's your site so we WON'T put a link on your site to our site to identify us as the web designers and providers of content.
Web Design companies frequently do this to boost their own search engine rankings, but we don't believe in doing this at your expense. So your clients and prospects won't know you didn't write all the content!

You are provided with a leading Website Statistics package so that you can monitor your visitors, which pages receive the most hits, how long visitors stay on a page, etc and much more.
Free Domain Name
If you already have a domain name such as www.practicename.co.uk you want to use that's great.
If not, we will supply you with the domain name you choose free of charge. You can check the availability of the domain name you want using the box below which is linked to 123-reg.co.uk
FREE Website Hosting and Unlimited POP3 Email accounts
Once you have a domain name, you can't do much with it until you get a hosting account.
Any hosting package, primarily looks after 2 things...
- The hosting of your website.
- The hosting of your email.
The website must be hosted on our server for our programming to work. If you don't wish to disturb your existing email set up, you can keep that where it is. To do this, you simply need to get your present registrar/hosting provider to change what is known as the "A Record" for the website to point at our server. 99% of hosting packages allow for this and is very simple to do. Email will then remain completely undisturbed and just your website switches over to us.
If you want to run the email through our server you get without charge...
- Unlimited POP3 email accounts (mailboxes) - so you can have bob@practicename.co.uk, mary@practicename.co.uk, etc
- Webmail to pick up email when away from the office
