First we Create a Mock-up of your Bespoke Look
A bespoke look means we create a look just for you, not used by any other practice! You can tailor the look of your website to match exactly what you want.
For example...
- Match Your Letterhead. At the simplest level we can design a site just by you giving us your letterhead and asking us to brand a site to match the colours etc and let our creativity take over.
- Get More Involved. Tell us the type of look you like - perhaps other sites you like the feel of, the type of image/identity you want to portray, etc
- Match Your Existing Website. If you like your existing website design but want our written content built into it, we can build a site to match your present design and then integrate our content into it.
- Use Your Own Graphic Designer. Get them to give us an image of what you want your site to look like and then we'll build a site to match this. We will just need to agree design criteria in advance with them.

Our content is such that we can get it to work with most website layouts and designs.
We'll provide you with a graphical mock-up of how your site will look for your approval. You can suggest changes to this as many times as you need until we get exactly what you want.

Website Content Changes
We start with the content in the Demo Site. These are then the kind of things you can have done to create an even more bespoke feel...
- Dropdown navigation system - if you want the menu system organised differently such as with different names or order of items we can do that for you.
- Custom graphic images - we'll suggest images and icons to help brand your website individually to you or you can tell us what you want.
- Content changes - we'll add, change or delete content - we just ask that large amounts of text are supplied on disc or by email. The only sections that often can't be changed are the resources provided on the site which are provided from a central database such as helpsheets, tax rates, etc that we keep up to date for you. You can however usually delete any page of the site you don't want. All pages are pre-filled with standard text that you can use but the main pages to consider changing the content for are the Home Page, "Why Us" section and possibly some of the services pages.
- Flash animation - we'll create one flash animated image for use on your site if you wish.
- Extra pages - if you want to add extra pages specific to your practice and if it's a reasonable amount (say an extra 10 pages) - then it's no problem. If you have a lot more, please contact us for a quote. Just give us the content and we'll build them and link them in. You can then continue to add further pages on a regular basis as and when you need them.
- Images - if you wish to add any more of your own images or flash files just send them to us. You can also choose up to 10 images - without additional charge - from our supplier of thousands of images that you can search.
- webAUDIO - Choose from our selection of pre-made web audio voice-overs or have your own web audio made. Alternatively send us the music or audio you want as an MP3 file and we'll add it.
- Links - want extra links to other sites - we'll add them.
- Forms - need any extra or amended contact forms on the site, just let us know.
And you can have any of this amended at any time in the future, at no extra cost. Get your site up and running now and then gradually change what you want as you have more time to consider it.
After you approve your mock-up, we qucikly get to work on building your draft website which will be published for you to review in a separate preview area. When you approve it, only then does it go live and replace any existing site you have.
Content Management System
It's your site and you can change it whenever you want. Within reason, there's no limit on changes you can have done at any time. There are two simple ways you can change the site...
1. You do it - We've invested heavily to develop an online content management system that allows you to edit the content on the pages you are most likely to want to change. If you can use word, you can use this - it's a doddle!
So if you have a great idea you want to try out immediately, you can do so without even having to wait for us speedy guys to do it for you. You can change text in most of the following...
- Home Page - we leave the introductory section for you to edit whatever you need to
- Why Us/About Us section
- Careers section - post vacancy details onto your site as soon as you need to.
- Practice News - add your own news articles about what's happening in your practice or anything you want.
2. We do it - Alternatively, for anything more complicated or because you just can't be bothered to do it yourself, send us an email with your request and within reason it normally gets done the same day.
Maintained and Updated
Every month we add fresh news to the site to keep it up to date and moving forward. The technical content, especially tax related items need updating from time to time. Then there's the budget and pre-budget reports that need to be on your site within 24 hours of release.
The great news is that we do it all, you can just carry on without having to spend a minute on your site.

Once you have a domain name, you can't do much with it until you get a hosting account.
Any hosting package, primarily looks after 2 things...
- The hosting of your website.
- The hosting of your email.
The website must be hosted on our server for our programming to work. If you don't wish to disturb your existing email set up, you can keep that where it is. To do this, you simply need to get your present registrar/hosting provider to change what is known as the "A Record" for the website to point at our server. 99% of hosting packages allow for this and is very simple to do. Email will then remain completely undisturbed and just your website switches over to us.
