There is a selection of template designs for you to choose from as the base for your site which we will then brand in your own practice style as well as creating your own graphic banner.

Website Content Changes

We start with the content in the template demo sites. You can then tailor the following for a more unique feel...

Reorganise and rename the dropdown navigation system
Content changes - we'll add, change or delete content as needed. The only sections that often can't be changed are the resources provided on the site which are provided from a central database that we keep up to date for you. You can however usually delete any page not wanted.
Extra pages and changes - we'll do the equivalent work of up to 5 extra pages that can be created at no extra cost. If you need more, please contact us for a quote. You can then continue to add further pages on a regular basis as and when you need them, subject to reasonable use which we consider to be around half an hour of work per month on average (allows for more in some months) and which is more than enough for 99% of practices.
Images - if you wish to add any more of your own images or flash files just send them to us.
Add extra links.
Add extra forms.

And you can have any of this amended at any time in the future, at no extra cost. Get your site up and running now and then gradually change what you want as you have more time to consider it. Only when you've approved your site does it go live and replace any existing site you might have.

Maintained and Updated

The technical content, especially tax related items need updating from time to time. The great news is that we do it all, you can just carry on doing what you do best without worrying your website is ever out of date.

Anytime you need a change doing to your website, just send us an email with your request and within reason it normally gets done the same day.

Our Name DOESN'T go on YOUR Site

It's your site so we WON'T put a link on your site to our site to identify us as the web designers and providers of content. Web Design companies frequently do this to boost their own search engine rankings, but we don't believe in doing this at your expense. FREE Website Hosting and Unlimited POP3 Email accounts

Once you have a domain name, you can't do much with it until you get a hosting account.

Any hosting package, primarily looks after 2 things...

The hosting of your website.
The hosting of your email.

The website must be hosted on our server for our programming to work. If you don't wish to disturb your existing email set up, you can keep that where it is. To do this, you simply need to get your present registrar/hosting provider to change what is known as the "A Record" for the website to point at our server. 99% of hosting packages allow for this and is very simple to do. Email will then remain completely undisturbed and just your website switches over to us.

If you want to run the email through our server you get without charge unlimited POP3 email accounts (mailboxes) - so you can have bob@practicename.co.uk, mary@practicename.co.uk, etc along with webmail to pick up email when away from the office, unlimited forwarders, unlimited autoresponders, and catch all email facility.

The Price

only £55 per month Additional offices that wish to use the site and have their contact details added to the site are an extra £10+vat per office per month.
