First we Create a Mock-up of your Bespoke Look

We create a look just for you, not used by any other practice! You can tailor the look of your website to match exactly what you want. For example, to match your letterhead, match your existing website look, get more involved and tell us the type of look you like or even get your own graphic designer provide us a design to build.

Everything is taken care of in our easy to complete bespoke website webDESIGN form [pdf].

We'll provide you with a graphical mock-up of how your site will look for your approval. You can suggest changes to this as many times as necessary until we get exactly what you want.

Website Content Changes

We start with the content in the Demo Site. These are then the kind of things you can have done to create an even more bespoke feel...

  • Reorganise and rename the dropdown navigation system
  • Custom graphic images to help brand your website individually. You can also choose up to 10 images - without additional charge - from our supplier of thousands of images that you can search.
  • Content changes - we'll add, change or delete content as needed. The only sections that often can't be changed are the resources provided on the site which are provided from a central database that we keep up to date for you. You can however usually delete any page you don't want.
  • Flash animation - we can create one flash animated image for use on your site.
  • Extra pages - up to 10 extra pages can be created at no extra cost. If you need more, please contact us for a quote. You can then continue to add further pages on a regular basis as and when you need them.
  • Add extra links.
  • Add extra forms.

And you can have any of this amended at any time in the future, at no extra cost. Get your site up and running now and then gradually change what you want as you have more time to consider it. Only when you approve your draft website does it go live and replace any existing site you have.

Content Management System

It's your site and you can change it whenever you want. Within reason, there's no limit on changes you can have done at any time. You can make either make changes directly yourself using our content mangement system to most of the practice specific pages or you can email us with any changes required, which usually get done same day!

Maintained and Updated

Every month we add fresh news to the site to keep it up to date and moving forward. The technical content, especially tax related items need updating from time to time. Then there's the budget and pre-budget reports that need to be on your site within 24 hours of release. The great news is that we do it all, you can just carry on without having to spend a minute on your site.

Once you have a domain name, you can't do much with it until you get a hosting account.

Any hosting package, primarily looks after 2 things...

  1. The hosting of your website.
  2. The hosting of your email.

The website must be hosted on our server for our programming to work. If you don't wish to disturb your existing email set up, you can keep that where it is. To do this, you simply need to get your present registrar/hosting provider to change what is known as the "A Record" for the website to point at our server.

If you want to run the email through our server you get without charge unlimited POP3 email accounts (mailboxes) - so you can have bob@practicename.co.uk, mary@practicename.co.uk, etc along with webmail to pick up email when away from the office, unlimited forwarders, unlimited autoresponders, and catch all email facility.
